titleOfInvention Method for producing porous formed body
abstract The present invention provides a method for producing a porous molded body of a porous molded body which is composed of a hydrophilic material and has a regular and closely arranged void portion. The formed body is produced from a molding material (20) having an emulsion of a continuous phase (22) and a dispersed phase (21) by a three-dimensional process, a hardening process, a stripping process, and a dispersed phase removal process. The continuous phase of the molding material (20) is an aqueous phase containing a curable compound. In the three-dimensional process, the forming material (20) is loaded into the container (41). In the hardening process, the curable compound is hardened after the three-dimensional process to become a hardened body. In the stripping process, the container (41) and the hardened body are separated after the hardening process. In the dispersed phase removal process, the dispersed phase of the hardened body (21) is removed after the hardening process.
