titleOfInvention Method for producing porous formed body
abstract The present invention provides a method for producing a porous molded body which can efficiently produce a porous molded body which is composed of a hydrophilic material and which has a regular and closely packed pore portion. The forming device (22) is made of a porous film (10) made of a molding material (16) as a latex. In the molding material (16), when the volume of the dispersed phase (31) is X1 and the volume of the continuous phase (32) is X2, X1/(X1+X2) is in the range of 0.5 or more and 0.9 or less. . Further, regarding the molding material (16), the specific gravity of the dispersed phase (31) is larger than the specific gravity of the continuous phase (32). The molding material (16) is provided with a water phase containing a curable compound as a continuous phase (32), and a liquid film (76) is formed on the support (71). Then, the curable compound in the liquid film (76) is cured. After hardening, the dispersed phase (31) is removed.
