abstract | Providing a carbon nitride, a method for producing the same, and a semiconductor material in graphite carbon nitride (gC 3 N 4 ), the energy gap can be systematically controlled from near 2.7 to a simple and inexpensive method. A very wide area of 0eV. The carbon nitride according to the present invention is composed of a polymer of a dicyandiamide as a first monomer and a second monomer selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, an amine group, a carboxyl group, and a guanamine group. At least one of a group consisting of two or more kinds of the same or different functional groups of the constituent groups and a group of cyclic carbonates. The molar ratio of the first monomer to the second monomer is 100: 0.1 to 100:100. In addition, the second single system excludes oxalic acid. The monomer of any of the carbon nitrides can be obtained by weighing, heating, and polymerization. A carbon nitride having an energy gap of 0.01 to 2.5 eV is used as a semiconductor material. |
