titleOfInvention Fluorescent immunodetection device and method combining photonic crystal and magnetic beads
abstract A fluorescence immunodetection device and method combining a photonic crystal and magnetic beads, using magnetic beads with high surface-to-volume ratio characteristics as a carrier for fluorescent molecules, to obtain a higher fluorescent signal density, and transmitting through the photonic crystal. The optical characteristics make the excitation light resonate with the photonic crystal to enhance the electric field on the surface, and increase the intensity of the fluorescent signal excited by the fluorescent molecules, and reflect some fluorescent signals that could not be received by the fluorescence sensor, making the magnetic The fluorescent signal generated by the fluorescent molecules on the beads can be significantly increased, and the detection limit can be reduced. At the same time, a magnetic bead aggregation method can be added to further achieve the detection capability that cannot be achieved by the existing fluorescent immunoassay.
