abstract | The present invention relates to a glucopyranose substituted pyrazole compound used as a pharmaceutical intermediate, the structural formula of which is shown in formula (9c). The present invention also relates to an intermediate compound represented by formula (10c), or a salt thereof. The invention also relates to a method for preparing the above intermediate compound and a method for preparing SGLTs inhibitors by using the same. The invention greatly simplifies the preparation process of SGLTs inhibitors by using new key intermediates. At the same time, because the intermediate can be precipitated in the form of a salt, which is easy to purify, the purity of the SGLTs inhibitor is greatly improved compared to the original preparation route (the purity of the crude product can be more than 99%). |
