The invention provides a bio-ink set for printing a construct capable of carrying cells, comprising a biological ink containing a biodegradable polyurethane and a biopolymer and a divalent metal ion solution. The biopolymer is gelatin, agar, alginate, hyaluronic acid and salts thereof, chitosan, or any combination thereof. The present invention also provides a method of three-dimensional printing using the bio-ink set to prepare a cell-bearing construct, and an ink composition for three-dimensional printing of cells. |
