abstract |
The present invention provides a laminated coil-type electronic component having improved inductance L, Q, and strength. The laminated coil type electronic component includes an element in which a coil conductor and a magnetic element are laminated. The magnetic body contains soft magnetic metal particles and a resin. A resin is filled in the interstitial spaces between the soft magnetic metal particles. The soft magnetic metal particles are formed of a main body of the soft magnetic metal particles and an oxide film covering the main body of the soft magnetic metal particles. The layer adjacent to the main body of the soft magnetic metal particles in the oxide film is formed of an oxide containing Si. |
