The present invention relates to a negative photosensitive resin composition and its application. The negative photosensitive resin composition includes an alkali-soluble resin (A), an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing compound (B), a photoinitiator (C), a solvent (D), and a surfactant (E). Among them, the surfactant (E) includes a polyether modified silicon-based surfactant (E-1) having an ethylenically unsaturated group. This negative photosensitive resin composition can improve the sputtering resistance of the spacer or the protective film. |
