abstract | In order to obtain glass-coated aluminum nitride particles which can maintain high thermal conductivity and can improve the moisture resistance, and a method for manufacturing the same. The glass-coated aluminum nitride particle includes an aluminum nitride particle and a glass phase with at least a part of the surface of the aluminum nitride particle. The glass phase is a composition containing at least a glass component, and the composition containing the glass component is relative to the aluminum nitride particle. 100 parts by mass has a ratio of 0.1 to 5.0 parts by mass, and the cumulative d50 of the aluminum nitride particle system volume is 10 μm to 200 μm. |
