abstract A detection platform comprising: a substrate; and a surface modifying layer chemically bonded to one side of the substrate, wherein the surface modifying layer has an active ester group for binding to an amino group-containing target protein. The present invention provides a method of manufacturing the same and a method of using the same. The detection platform of the invention can detect the target protein at a lower concentration, improve the measurement accuracy and shorten the detection time, and has the advantages of simple operation and rapid detection.
