titleOfInvention Using WISP1 concentration in blood as a method for screening and detecting recurrence of breast cancer
abstract A concentration of WISP1 in blood as an indicator for screening and detecting recurrence of breast cancer, including at least: A, a serum sample derived from a tester; B, a concentration of WISP1 in a serum sample; C, a healthy person and a breast cancer patient Changes in the concentration of WISP1 in serum samples to define the association of WISP1 concentration changes for the risk of breast cancer; the mean concentration of WISP1 in healthy volunteers was 631.5 pg/ml, and the mean concentration of WISP1 in serum of patients with breast cancer was 934.5. Pg/ml, therefore, when the concentration of WISP1 in the serum of the tester is equal to or higher than 934.5 pg/ml, it can be used as an indicator of the risk of breast cancer and detection of recurrence.
