titleOfInvention | Array type sensing electrode, manufacturing method thereof and sensing platform |
abstract | The present invention relates to an array sensing electrode comprising an electrically insulating substrate, a plurality of electrically conductive components, a reference sensing layer, at least one chemical sensing layer, and an electrolyte layer. The electrically insulating substrate has a plurality of perforations connecting the first surface and the second surface thereof. Each of the conductive components includes a conductive filler, a first conductive portion, and a second conductive portion. The conductive filler is disposed through the through hole and has a first plane and a second plane. The first conductive portion is disposed on the first plane, and the second conductive portion is disposed on the second plane. The reference sensing layer and the chemical sensing layer are disposed on the different first conductive portions, and the electrolyte layer is disposed and covers the reference sensing layer and the chemical sensing layer. Thereby, the sensing sensitivity can be improved, the size and volume of the electrode can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the package can be advantageously used. |
