abstract The present invention provides an optoelectronic device comprising: a semiconductor wafer for emitting excitation light during operation of the optoelectronic device; and a phosphor material that emits light having a wavelength range of 600 to 1500 nm under excitation of the excitation light. The optoelectronic device of the invention can emit excitation light and fluorescent material to emit infrared light and near-infrared light, and has a wide reflection spectrum and a high radiant flux, so that it can be applied to an optoelectronic device such as an LED to meet current medical detection, Food composition analysis, security cameras, iris/face recognition, virtual reality, gaming notes, and laser detection and measurement applications.
