abstract |
The present invention provides a substrate which can suppress the diffusion of light to the backlight side and thereby increase the brightness of the image display device. A substrate having a (a) color-converting luminescent layer and (b) a light-proof diffusion layer on the transparent substrate from the transparent substrate side, and (b) a refractive index of the light-proof diffusion layer at a wavelength of 550 nm 1.20 ~ 1.35. |
