The invention relates to an aqueous carrier for manufacturing conductive silver glue. The aqueous carrier includes a binder, a stabilizer, and water. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least one of polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, and polyethylene glycol is used as the adhesive; and ethylene glycol is used as the stabilizer. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a conductive adhesive composition based on the aqueous carrier. The preferred embodiment utilizes metal particles, glass frit, and an aqueous carrier containing a binder, a stabilizer, and water. The conductive adhesive with a high metal content exhibits excellent storage stability. |
