Identify new antigens using hotspots |
abstract |
Provided herein is a method for identifying new antigens that may be presented on the surface of tumor cells in a subject. The peptide sequence of the tumor neoantigen is obtained by sequencing the tumor cells of the subject. Correlate the peptide sequence of each of the new antigens with one or more k-mer blocks of the subject's nucleotide sequencing data; The k-mer block is input into a machine learning presentation model to generate a presentation possibility for a tumor neoantigen, each presentation possibility representing the possibility that the neoantigen is presented by the MHC dual gene on the surface of the tumor cell of the subject. A subset of new antigens is selected based on these presentation possibilities. |
