titleOfInvention | Relieving inflamed TN vaccine and method |
abstract | The present invention develops a vaccine composition that combats and treats or prevents progression of inflammation and lung damage, particularly hyperoxia-induced lung injury, as well as root canal periostitis. TN immunization increases the titer of serum anti-Tn antibodies and reduces lavaged proteins and cytokines, and also reduces the mean linear intercept and lung injury scores of lung injury. Furthermore, the improvement in lung damage is accompanied by a decrease in the activity of NF-κB. |
