abstract | The invention discloses a probe assembly and a probe structure thereof. The probe structure includes a metal body portion, a covering structure layer and an insulating layer. The metal main body portion has a first end portion, a second end portion corresponding to the first end portion, a connection portion connected between the first end portion and the second end portion, and a surrounding portion of the first end portion and the second end portion.
