titleOfInvention Primer pair for identifying coffee beans and method for identifying coffee beans
abstract The method for identifying coffee beans comprises taking a nucleic acid sample from a coffee bean sample, using a first probe having a first fluorescent substance, and a Ghana Fula coffee bean specific primer to amplify the nucleic acid sample and detecting the corresponding first probe. The first fluorescent signal and the first amplification curve confirming the presence or absence of the first fluorescent signal determine whether there is a Ghana Fola coffee bean in the coffee bean sample. Here, if there is a first amplification curve, the coffee bean sample contains Ghana Fula coffee beans, and if no first amplification curve appears, the coffee bean sample does not contain Ghana Fola coffee beans.
