A photosensitive resin composition includes a polymer and at least one photosensitive compound. The polymer includes a homopolymer or copolymer formed by using amine, amine, imimine, hydroxyamidin, or benzoxazole as a unit, and the polymer has a nitrogen-containing group in at least one of a side chain and a terminal of the polymer. And the nitrogen-containing group has a structure represented by formula (i). Thereby, the photosensitive resin composition can have good stability, and the photosensitive resin prepared from the photosensitive resin composition can have excellent sensitivity and adhesion. |
