titleOfInvention | A method for assessing the improvement of plant immune response |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for evaluating an improvement of a plant immune response, characterized in that: step (1), for a plant to be tested, inoculation with a pathogen-related molecule or a pathogen-related strain and a protein PFLP capable of enhancing a plant immune response; (2) After vaccination, the chlorophyll fluorescence detector was used to detect the change of the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter value at 0, 2, 4, and 24 hours, and the step (3) was used to analyze the numerical change. According to the present invention, it is possible to detect an improvement in the immune response of a plant in a state in which a substance having an immune response is elevated. |
