abstract |
The present invention has been made in an effort to provide a method for easily improving the transdermal absorbability of Minosidi without forming a prodrug by organic synthesis. The present invention relates to a complex formed by the interaction of minosindi with a fat-soluble compound having an aldehyde group via dissociation in water; a percutaneous absorption composition comprising the aforementioned complex a transdermal absorption controlling agent, and a fat-soluble medium; and a method for controlling the release of the aforementioned minosinide from the aforementioned complex in the skin. |
