abstract | The invention relates to a one-pot synthesis method for preparing an aqueous reactive black mixture, which comprises the following steps a) to f): a) dissolving 2-[(4-aminophenyl) sulfonamido] ethylsulfonic acid (Vinylpyrene para-ester) in water; b) using excess nitrite or using excess nitrite and an acid to diazotize the dissolved vinylpyrene para-ester to form a diazonium salt and remaining nitrite; Stop the reactivity of the remaining nitrous acid with sulfanilic acid; d) couple the diazonium salt of step c) with 4-amino-5-naphthol-2,7-naphthalenedisulfonic acid (H-acid) until the reaction is completed , Generating reactive black 5 and remaining diazonium salt; e) coupling the remaining diazonium salt with 7-acetamidin-4-hydroxy-2-naphthalenedisulfonic acid (acetamidine-J-acid) until the reaction is completed, A reactive orange 78 is formed; and f) an aqueous reactive black mixture is obtained. |
