titleOfInvention | Formulated with titanium dioxide powder |
abstract | The present invention provides a powder cosmetic material which is excellent in makeup holding ability, modification property, and usability, maintains hiding power, and is capable of penetrating light in a long wavelength region more (function of selectively penetrating red light).n n n The powder cosmetic material of the present invention comprises: 1 to 30% by mass of titanium dioxide powder, and 0.1 to 10% by mass of hydrophobized zinc oxide. The titanium dioxide powder has an apparent average particle diameter of 100 nm or more and less than 500 nm. Particles having an average crystallite diameter of 15 to 30 nm and a specific surface area of 10 to 30 m 2 / g, as measured by X-ray diffraction, and having a shape agglomerated by radiating needle-like protrusions. The ratio of the short diameter to the long diameter (long diameter / short diameter) is 1.0 to 2.5. |
