The present application provides methods of treating a subject having cancer using a Guided and Navigation Control (GNC) protein. In one embodiment, the method comprises the steps of: providing blood from the subject, separating peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from the blood, isolating cytotoxic cells from the PBMC, and extracting the GNC protein from the cytotoxic cell Combining to provide a therapeutic cell, the therapeutic cell is expanded as appropriate to provide an expanded cell population, and the therapeutic cell or the expanded cell population is administered to the subject. In one embodiment, the GNC protein can be a bispecific, trispecific, or tetraspecific antibody. |
