abstract | A multi-phase power controller is coupled to a plurality of resonant power conversion circuits that provide an output voltage. The multi-phase power controller includes a current sensing unit, a frequency adjustment circuit, and a duty cycle adjustment circuit. The current sensing unit is coupled to the first resonant power conversion circuit to provide a first sensing current. The frequency adjustment circuit includes an error amplifier and a first ramp signal generation circuit. The error amplifier provides an error signal based on the output voltage and the reference voltage. The first ramp signal generating circuit provides the first ramp signal in accordance with the error signal. The duty cycle adjustment circuit provides the first pulse width modulation signal to the first resonant power conversion circuit according to the preset voltage and the first ramp signal. The change of the duty cycle of the first pulse width modulation signal is related to the first sensing current, the preset voltage, and the first ramp signal. |
