titleOfInvention Illuminating device and phosphor
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an infrared light-emitting phosphor that emits light in a high-sensitivity wavelength region of a detector by combining with a semiconductor light-emitting element that emits light in a visible light range, and an infrared light-emitting device using the same. The light-emitting device of the present invention is characterized in that it comprises: a semiconductor light-emitting element that emits ultraviolet or visible light; and a phosphor that absorbs ultraviolet or visible light emitted by the semiconductor light-emitting element and emits light in the infrared region; The emission peak wavelength of the luminescent phosphor in the infrared region is between 750 and 1050 nm, and the full width at half maximum of the waveform of the emission peak exceeds 50 nm. This problem can be solved by the light emitting device.
