abstract | The invention provides electrode material for a thermoelectric conversion module capable of suppressing electrode cracking and spalling at a junction between a thermoelectric element and an electrode under high temperature conditions, and can maintain a low resistance between the junctions, and a thermoelectric conversion module using the same. The electrode material for a thermoelectric conversion module includes at least a first substrate and a second substrate facing each other, a thermoelectric element formed between the first substrate and the second substrate, and at least one of the first substrate and the second substrate.
