abstract | The invention discloses a photosensitive resin composition which has good curability to active energy rays and rapid developability, and can provide a cured product which exhibits an excellent elastic recovery coefficient to external forces. The resin composition is made of a polymerizable (meth) acrylic polymer (A), a polyfunctional (meth) acrylate monomer (B), and a photopolymerization initiator (C). The (meth) acrylic polymer (A) is composed of a monomer unit (1) and a monomer unit (2), or further includes a monomer unit (3) as a constituent element; the monomer unit (1) includes The branched side chains ending at 2 to 3 ends of the radical polymerizable substituent, respectively, the monomer unit (2) has two branches having a terminal ending at a carboxyl group and a terminal ending at a terminal of the radical polymerizable substituent. As for the side chain, the monomer unit (3) has a side chain having one terminal terminated with a radical polymerizable substituent. |
