titleOfInvention | N-phosphonium oxymethyl precursor of hydroxyalkyl thiadiazole derivatives |
abstract | There is a need for a novel antibiotic with a novel mechanism of action that not only exhibits strong antibacterial activity against sensitive bacteria, but also exhibits strong antibacterial activity against its resistant bacteria, and at the same time has an excellent solubility and safety profile that can be used by humans (safety profile).n n n As a result of intensive research, the present inventors discovered a N -phosphonooxymethyl prodrug of a hydroxyalkylthiadiazole derivative represented by general formula (I), its regioisomer Stereoisomers, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, have excellent solubility and safety profiles for human use when used in the treatment of bacterial infectious diseases. |
