Conductive paste containing eucalyptus oil |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a conductive paste comprising: 30 to 97% by weight of conductive particles, 0 to 20% by weight of glass frit, 3 to 70% by weight of organic medium and 0.1 to 0.1% by mass of the total mass of the conductive paste. 67% by weight of eucalyptus oil, wherein the eucalyptus oil has a boiling or boiling point in the range between 180 ° C and 350 ° C. The invention further relates to the use of the conductive paste and a method of fabricating an electrode on a semiconductor substrate using the conductive paste. |
