According to this application, administration of moxistat can reduce Aβ accumulation, Tau protein phosphorylation, neuroinflammation, and increase the number of serotonin neurons and synaptophysin expression to improve the injection of Aβ 25- 35 Injuries caused by oligomers, as well as potential as therapeutic drugs to reduce anxiety and cognitive dysfunction.
