The present invention provides a 3-[(3S, 4R) -3-methyl-6- (7H-pyrrolo [2,3-d] pyrimidin-4-yl) -1,6-diazaspiro [3.4] A method for producing octane-1-yl] -3-oxopropionitrile using, for example, 3-[(3S, 4R) -3-methyl-6- (7H-pyrrolo [2,3-d ] Pyrimidin-4-yl) -1,6-diazaspiro [3.4] octane-1-yl] -3-side propoxynitrile co-crystallized with 3,5-dimethylpyrazole.
