Disclosed herein is a stable pharmaceutical formulation comprising a fusion protein and a succinate buffer without a stabilizer; wherein the fusion protein contains an extracellular ligand of a human p75 tumor necrosis factor receptor. The binding domain is fused to the Fc domain of a human IgG. The stable pharmaceutical formulation enables long-term storage of the TNFR-Fc fusion protein formulation, and can exhibit superior storage stability without requiring strict storage conditions, and it is a simple formulation because it does not contain a stabilizer, It is therefore more economical than other stabilizer-containing formulations. |
