The sensor structure includes a plurality of high-resistance partial current-conducting regions made of a first conductive material and arranged at a distance from each other; and a second conductive material having a smaller resistivity than the first conductive material and simultaneously holding each other A plurality of low-resistance partial current-conducting areas are arranged at intervals and connected to the high-resistance partial current-conducting area as a pair. A physical phenomenon is detected by a change in a resistance value in a range including both a high-resistance partially energized region and a low-resistance partially energized region. In this way, the conditions of various components can be objectively detected, the entire building can be clearly maintained and managed, and the repair time or priority to repair the building or part can be determined. |
