abstract The present invention provides a polypeptide comprising any of the following amino acid sequences: (a) the amino acid sequence shown by sequence number 4 or sequence number 8; (b) the amino acid sequence shown by sequence number 4 or sequence number 8 1 to 10 amino acid sequences in the sequence, preferably 1 to 5 amino acids, and further preferably 1, 2 or 3 amino acids with substitutions, deletions, additions or insertions; and (c) and sequence number 4 Or, the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 8 has an amino acid sequence with a sequence identity of 95% or more, preferably 97% or more, and more preferably 99% or more; and a malaria vaccine including the above polypeptide.
