The assembly may include a chamber containing a radiation-sensitive agent that is present in the device during sterilization by an electron beam. The assembly may include an actuator chassis, a drive mechanism, a needle injection mechanism, and a fluid replacement mechanism. The fluid replacement mechanism includes a fluid replacement component. The chassis may be fixed to the chamber relative to an outlet. The member may be slidably and / or threadedly engaged with the chassis and may be configured to move relative to the exit to deliver the medicament via the exit.
