The weight percentage of autologous platelet plasma contained in the mixed frozen crystal powder is greater than the weight percentage of mesenchymal stem cell secreted factors. The invention uses autologous blood and human cells as materials to improve human absorption efficiency and safety. The culture medium used is human platelet serum instead of animal fetal bovine serum to reduce protein variation, and freeze-drying technology is used to overcome the effects of heat sensitivity and time-effect. At the same time, the mix of frozen crystal powder can be customized for subsequent use in different environments. |
