titleOfInvention Soft magnetic alloy
abstract The invention provides a soft magnetic alloy with low coercive force and high magnetic permeability. The soft magnetic alloy contains Fe as a main component. The soft magnetic alloy is formed of an Fe composition network phase connected with regions having a larger Fe content than the average composition of the soft magnetic alloy. The Fe-constituting network phase has a local maximum Fe content of 400,000 pieces / μm 3 or more, and a maximum point where the Fe content is higher than the surrounding Fe content. The ratio of the maximum point with a coordination number of 1 or more and 5 or less to the maximum point of the total Fe content is 80% or more and 100% or less.
