titleOfInvention Oxidative modification improves the drug penetration of cell penetrating peptides as a drug carrier
abstract The present invention provides a cell penetrating peptide dimer obtained through oxidative modification, and the two monomers are connected by a disulfide bond. The dimer can increase the medicinal properties of the peptide by enhancing the stability of the peptide carrier, reducing the rate of its hydrolysis by the enzyme, maintaining the cell penetration ability, and increasing the binding specificity and binding power of the heparan sulfate. The modified peptide can be used as a suitable drug carrier to deliver drugs for target therapy.
