abstract | The invention provides a method for preparing aluminum nitride powder, which includes a step (a), mixing a metal aluminum and a dispersant to obtain a mixture; a step (b), placing the mixture in a plasma device to control the temperature of the plasma apparatus is not more than 650 o C, and in a plasma comprising performing a chemical reaction under the action of a first gas atmosphere of nitrogen, to give a semi-finished product; and a step (C), the temperature of the plasma apparatus raised to not greater than 1300 o C, and in a plasma comprising performing a second action of the gas nitridation under a nitrogen atmosphere, to give an aluminum nitride powder. |
