Heterocyclically bound tricyclic sulfonamide as an anticancer agent |
abstract |
The present invention discloses an aryl sulfonamide derivative of a heterocyclic ring-constrained tricyclic compound. These compounds belong to the following categories: n n n These compounds induce the translocation of FOXO1 transcription factor to the nucleus by modulating PP2A and thus exhibit anti-proliferative effects. It is suitable for treating a variety of conditions, including as a therapy in cancer treatment or in combination with other drugs to restore sensitivity to chemotherapy when resistance has developed. |
