The invention discloses a large-scale and energy-saving method for producing oxygenates from sugar, in which sugar raw materials are introduced into a pyrolysis reactor, which contains a fluidized flow of heat-carrying particles. The heat-carrying particles can be separated from the fluidized stream before cooling the split product, and can be introduced into a reheater to reheat the particles and recycle the heated particles to the split reactor. |
