abstract |
A light emitting device comprises a light emitting element, a wavelength conversion layer and a light adjustment layer. The light emitting element includes a first upper surface, a lower surface, and a side surface between the upper surface and the lower surface. The wavelength conversion layer comprises a transparent adhesive and a plurality of wavelength converting particles, and comprises a second upper surface covering the first upper surface. A light adjustment layer surrounds the side of the light emitting element and has a first composition or a second composition. The first composition comprises a first bonding agent and a plurality of first diffusion particles dispersed in the first bonding agent. The weight percentage of the plurality of first diffusion particles compared to the light adjustment layer is not less than 20%. The second composition comprises a second bonding agent, a plurality of second diffusion particles dispersed in the second bonding agent, and a plurality of light scattering particles dispersed in the second bonding agent. The plurality of second diffusion particles are not less than 5% by weight of the light-adjusting layer, and the plurality of light-scattering particles are not less than 0.4% by weight of the light-adjusting layer. |
