abstract |
The present invention relates to a radiation detector. The present embodiment relates to a radiation detector having a structure capable of suppressing partial polarization in titanium bromide crystals and suppressing corrosion of electrodes in the atmosphere. This radiation detector includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a thallium bromide crystal provided between the first and second electrodes. At least one of the first electrode and the second electrode has an alloy layer (12). The alloy layer is made of an alloy of metal thallium and other metals different from the metal thallium. |
