Polyaniline nanotubes grown directly on carbon cloth for flexible and high performance supercapacitors |
abstract |
The present invention further provides an exemplary energy storage device made of rectangular tubular polyaniline (PANI) chemically synthesized by a simple and convenient method. A rectangular tubular PANI as an active material was synthesized on a functionalized carbon cloth (FCC) as a substrate, and the obtained composite was fixed on a stainless steel mesh screen as a current collector. The present invention additionally presents a simple technique for directly synthesizing PANI nanotubes with rectangular pores on chemically activated CC. |
