abstract |
The invention provides a method for analyzing the diversity of repertoire of the T cell receptor (TCR) or B cell receptor (BCR) variable region of a subject. The method includes the following steps: (1) providing A step of a nucleic acid sample of a plurality of T cell receptor (TCR) or B cell receptor (BCR) nucleic acid sequences. The nucleic acid sample is a RNA obtained from the subject using a single-step reverse transcription template replacement PCR. Obtained by amplification; (2) the step of determining the nucleic acid sequence contained in the nucleic acid sample; and (3) calculating the frequency of occurrence of each gene or a combination thereof based on the determined nucleic acid sequence, and deriving the test The TCR or BCR diversity of the body. |
