The present invention relates to a liquid formulation of a long-acting insulin conjugate, which comprises a pharmaceutically effective amount of a long-acting insulin conjugate (wherein, a physiologically active peptide of insulin is linked to an immunoglobulin Fc region), and albumin-free A stabilizer (wherein the stabilizer contains a buffer, a sugar alcohol, a nonionic surfactant and an isotonic agent); and a method of preparing a compounding agent. To prevent microbial contamination during multiple uses, preservatives can be added to the formulation. The liquid formulation of the present invention does not contain human serum albumin and factors that are potentially dangerous to the body, so it has excellent storage stability for insulin conjugates and no risk of viral infection. |
