abstract The invention provides a solution for processing contact lenses and a packaging system for contact lenses. The solution for treating contact lenses comprises a polymer having phosphorylcholine at about 0.01 to about 1.0 parts by weight, a hydrophilic molecule at about 0.005 to about 0.05 parts by weight, and an inorganic salt at about 0.01 to about 1.0 parts by weight. And water is about 100 parts by weight. The number average molecular weight of the polymer is about 4,000 to about 1,000,000 Daltons, and the polymer has a structure of formula (I): n n n In formula (I), m is a positive integer, n is 0 or a positive integer, and R is a C 2 to C 12 alkyl group or a C 2 to C 12 hydroxyalkyl group. When n is a positive integer, m / n is greater than 1, and the number average molecular weight of the hydrophilic molecule is about 10,000 to about 5,000,000 Daltons, and the hydrophilic molecule is hyaluronic acid or hyaluronate.
