titleOfInvention Sense amplifier
abstract Broadly speaking, embodiments of the present technology provide an amplification circuit that includes a sense amplifier and at least one associated electronic switch (CES) that is configured to provide a signal to a sense amplifier. The sense amplifier outputs an amplified version of the input signal depending on the signal provided by the CES component. The signal provided by the CES component depends on the state of the CES material. The CES component provides a stable impedance to the sense amplifier, which improves the reliability of the read data from the bit line and reduces the number of errors caused during reading.
